This is a Japanese version of the ubiquitous fried noodle dishes
found all over Asia. It is quick and easy to make, and is eaten as a
light meal or snack. This recipe uses cooked pork, but you could
substitute beef, chicken, prawn or unsmoked bacon if you prefer.
