Teriyaki

Teriyaki is a way of cooking which can be applied to either fish or
meat. It involves a short time marinating and then grilling. It gives
fresh salmon in particular a wonderful taste. The recipe below gives
instructions to make the marinade yourself – alternatively you can
buy a ready made one from us!
If you don’t like grilling, you can fry the fish or meat in a little
vegetable oil – and forego the cooking foil.

- Mix all the marinade ingredients
- Marinate the fish or meat for about 30 minutes
- Place fish or meat into cooking foil shaped to retain the
marinade
- Grill until tender
