Stir-fried vegetables

This stir-fried vegetable dish is particularly nice. Although we have
listed suitable vegetables, you can really use anything you like or
have in the kitchen!

INGREDIENTS |
For 4 people
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) shoyu
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil
Mixed vegetables, for example:
- Carrot, onion, baby leeks, cucumber, courgette, beansprouts,
peppers, cabbage
- 3cm fresh ginger

METHOD |
- Peel the fresh ginger then dice into very small pieces
- Wash vegetables, peel where necessary and cut into thin
narrow strips
- Heat the oil in a saucepan or wok and stir-fry the ginger for 3
minutes
- Add the vegetables and continue stir-frying until cooked to
your taste, then add the shoyu, stir-fry for one more minute
and serve with rice or noodles
